Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://starkvillesmoke.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Starkville Smoke reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Starkville Smoke markets and arranges Cigars, Tobacco, Disposables, Lighters & Torches, Hemp, Zippo Lighters, Vintage Lighters, Antique Lighters. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Starkville Smoke or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Starkville Smoke makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Starkville Smoke's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Starkville Smoke from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. MS law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MS, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
